Protected report intake

Receiving a report is not the same as believing it.

Intelligence reports received, evaluated, clarified and projected under separate permissions.

How it works

Incoming intelligence reports are received into dedicated stores, evaluated, and sent back for clarification where needed. Source-risk context is reviewed separately, and only an approved projection of the report is made available to consumers.

Boundaries

Report, material and protected-source permissions are distinct. Ordinary consumption omits protected identity and risk context, and an unresolved evaluation keeps the report out of downstream use.
