How it works
A force adopts its jurisdiction policy, agrees a control strategy, and prepares strategic or tactical assessments, subject profiles and problem profiles. Consultation is recorded, tasking decisions are attributed to eligible decision makers, and each is scheduled for refresh.
Boundaries
Preparing an assessment or holding a strategic review creates no legal collection power. Eligibility is checked at the point of decision, and priorities remain visible when they change.
